In the past Doug has held a series of management positions, as well as co-founding successful start-ups.This real-world experience enables him to better understand his clients perspective and goals – critical to any M&A transaction, and reflective of CapEQ’s unique proposition.

As a seasoned professional, for the past 8 years Doug has been leading M&A transactions, completing notable transactions in software-as-a-service, geotechnical, and financially-regulated sectors.
