Bremen-based Bühnen Group was founded in 1922 as a small handicraft business, and evolved into a manufacturer of hot glue solutions used in more than 100 industries worldwide.
The transaction completed in December 2015, months after Bühnen took over Aerden Group in Austria, Czech Rep, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia.
The two deals have positioned Bühnen as the market leader in hot melt adhesives in CEE.
Tomasz Jakowiecki and Mark Sapsford advised Termolan shareholders Slawomir Lange and Bogdan Lukaszuk on the sale of the business.
