We back staff to come up with creative solutions to complex client challenges, such as cashflow to scale up, coaching founders to get their business in shape to sell, or helping CFOs find off-market acquisition targets.  

We’re always looking for ways to achieve client outcomes – from holding bidders to our timeline to chasing up unresponsive acquirers and investors. 

Care and kindness

Everyone is set up to work from home, with fun team meetings and office days (in Reading Berks) to encourage collaboration and check in on each other’s wellbeing.  

We’d go as far to say our vibe and culture is wildly different from most corporate finance advisors, but it works – and clients love our openness and professionalism.  

Balance and benevolent

While roles are clearly defined to ensure we have specialists for every stage of M&A assignments, we are all capable of supporting each other during hectic periods to ensure a healthy work/life balance for the whole team.  

What sets us apart from traditional M&A firms is our drive to be a force for good. That means volunteering days, mentoring start-ups, planting trees, and 97% online meetings to reduce travel time and save emissions.

Internships

We regularly receive requests for internships from business and finance students.

Although we would love to be able to offer on-the-job training and structured career development, our boutique set-up means we aren’t able to realistically support internships or apprenticeships.
