The business sale was led by advisors Tomasz Jakowiecki and Mark Sapsford, ensuring a smooth transition for Termolan’s shareholders, Slawomir Lange and Bogdan Lukaszuk.

Founded in 2002 near Wroclaw, Termolan established a strong foothold in Poland before expanding into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company became a key player in the automotive supply chain, providing high-quality adhesive solutions to manufacturers across the region.
This acquisition aligns with Bühnen Group’s long-term growth strategy, strengthening its presence in the CEE region and enhancing its service capabilities for industrial adhesive applications.

Bühnen Group, headquartered in Bremen, Germany, has a rich history dating back to 1922 when it started as a small handicraft business. Over the years, the company evolved into a leading manufacturer of hot melt adhesive solutions, serving over 100 industries worldwide.
The acquisition of Termolan follows Bühnen’s earlier takeover of Aerden Group, which expanded its reach across Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia. These strategic acquisitions have positioned Bühnen as the market leader in hot melt adhesives in the CEE region.
