Award-winning M&A advisor CapEQ has announced a key expansion to its team with the appointment of Sathurthini Thurairatnam as a Corporate Finance Analyst.
M&A Team Growth Boosts Capacity
Sathurthini joins CapEQ with a robust background in financial services, bringing significant expertise in private equity and fund accounting to the firm's mission-aligned M&A work.
An ACA-qualified chartered accountant, she previously gained three years of external audit experience at Blick Rothenberg, focusing on FCA-regulated private equity and venture capital funds, followed by further experience as a Fund Accountant at Park Square Capital.
Along with her Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College and ACA qualification, Sathurthini brings her technical proficiency in valuation, financial modelling, and in-depth financial statement analysis. Her unique blend of audit, fund experience, and high-level analytical skills will be instrumental as CapEQ continues to grow it support for businesses that value profit and purpose equally.
