Iberia Industry Capital acquires Rowe's Cornish Bakers 

Craft Bakery backed by investment firm

Rowe's Cornish Bakers is a well-known bakery brand based in Cornwall, England, celebrated for its traditional Cornish pasties and baked goods.

Founded in 1949 by Bill Rowe in Falmouth, the company has grown from a small family-run business into a chain of 17 stores serving the region.

Committed to authentic Cornish baking, using locally sourced ingredients and traditional methods to produce its famous pasties, sausage rolls, scones, breads, pastries, and cakes.

With a focus on quality and tradition, Rowe's remains a beloved name in Cornwall.

Rowe’s, which operates 17 branded stores and five branded concessions in Asda and Tesco stores across the southwest, supplies branded and own-label goods to major multiple and independent retailers regionally and nationally. 

The bakery’s senior management team will remain in place and will work “hand-in-hand” with Iberia Industry Capital, which is a specialist in acquiring companies with “significant, but untapped potential and developing them into industry leaders”.

The WC Rowe (Falmouth) Ltd shareholders were advised by James Pugh.
