The terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed, but the move solidifies Simplex’s position as a major player in the outdoor lighting industry.

Founded in 1998 by garden lighting expert John Raine, Lighting For Gardens is based in Letchworth and has a reputation for delivering high-quality outdoor lighting projects across more than 15 European countries.
