Skerritt Electrical Limited (Skerritts) is pleased to announce that it is joining TSG Solutions Group SAS, the leader in technical services for sustainable mobility solutions.
The acquisition announcement follows the rapid growth of TSG in the new energies sector (including EV, solar, gas and battery storage) as customers look to reduce their carbon footprint and adopt alternative fuels.
Skerritts is a leading electrical design-and-build contractor in the commercial, industrial and residential construction sectors. WIth TSG, it will continue to focus on its core clients and business activities, while leveraging TSG’s expertise in new energies to enhance its service offering.
