CapEQ has bolstered its team again after being hired by new clients seeking ethical corporate finance advice.
Linda Walby has been appointed Content Editor to create high quality M&A prospectuses and go-to-market content that cuts through in the increasingly busy world of deal-making.
Linda brings a wealth of experience from 12 years as an M&A professional, and previously worked in retail banking management.

CapEQ Director Doug Edmunds said: “While many of our SME clients have marketing material to win business, they don’t often have all the content needed to successfully sell their company, find a suitable investor or make an acquisition.
“Linda is highly skilled at working with clients to tease out business-critical information and distill data into an eye-catching prospectus. We have lots of really exciting client assignments to deliver on, and we are delighted to welcome Linda to the team.”
Since CapEQ was formed 20 months ago, the team has now grown to eight.
