CapEQ is excited to announce its expansion into Northern Ireland with the addition of a key hire, Alan Branagh. As we celebrate B-Corp month (March 2021), focusing on the importance of workers, this new appointment marks a significant milestone for the firm.
Just one year ago, CapEQ was a new name in the market. Fast forward to today, and the company is experiencing growth beyond expectations. More than just expanding in size, CapEQ is bringing in top-tier talent, further solidifying its position as a leader in the M&A and business consultancy sector.
Alan Branagh joins CapEQ with over 35 years of experience in business and M&A, coupled with his expertise as a C-suite performance coach. Previously, Alan served as Chair of the Alchemists Forum and CEO of The Insight Factory, honing his skills in leadership development and corporate strategy.
CapEQ co-founder James Pugh said: "What sets Alan apart is his belief in the human element of M&A transactions. CapEQ shares this philosophy, focusing on both the technical and emotional dimensions of buying and selling a business. Alan's expertise in leadership, company value-building, and executive performance will be instrumental in helping CapEQ clients across the UK and Europe achieve their goals.
